Garden Party

This past Sunday one of our garden sites- Sommer Street- cohosted a Party in the Garden with Lumber city church. Earlier that morning two of our garden members were baptized through full submersion (along with ten others) at Lumber City Church to publicly express their following of Jesus.

This garden event supplied free food (including cotton candy!), as well as face painting, to bless those living in the neighborhood. Lots of new friends and relationships were made. Several of our garden sites host additional fun events like this throughout the season, in addition to the annual ICG events.
