Garden Visitor!

Kate found this little friend in the garden today. This is a good sign, indicating that we have a healthy ecosystem and a good balance in the garden.
Praying mantis are beneficial insects as a natural pest control, preying on other insects such as aphids, caterpillars and grasshoppers.
Their presence suggests a thriving environment at that location.
Kudos to Miss Kate for having a sharp eye to notice this guy, and for all her work in bringing beauty and pollinators to the Garden!
